Dr. Kamalesh Nair
Managing DirectorDr. Kamalesh Nair brings over 25 years of experience across engineering, pharmaceuticals, international logistics, customs clearance, and foreign trade. He founded Resource Group in 2005 and has led the organization since its inception. His academic background spans Materials Management, Commerce, Marketing and Finance, and Business Management. He also works as an Industrial Management Consultant and visiting faculty.
Sagar Phulphagar
DirectorSagar Phulphagar has been part of Resource Group since its inception and brings over 18 years of experience in foreign trade. His expertise covers Customs, GST, logistics, warehousing, Foreign Trade Policy and Procedures, FEMA, and banking. He currently oversees operational and marketing matters for the Group and has extensive experience working with government and semi-government agencies.
Deepak Sharma
General ManagerDeepak Sharma brings more than 30 years of experience across imports, exports, sourcing, customs, freight forwarding, warehousing, and supply chain management. His academic background includes Engineering, International Trade, Business Administration, and Supply Chain Management. He is also a life member of the Indian Institute of Materials Management and is proficient in Chinese at HSK Levels 1 and 2.
